It was truly my lucky day when I came across Matt’s site – I was at the end of my tether trying to get any response from Currys and at the point of throwing in (very reluctantly) the towel. I’d had visions of a new power pack which so far as I could see would work out more than the original cost of the cleaner. It transpired it was the charging point on the cleaner which Matt repaired, gave the whole machine a clean (though I had emptied it before taking it to him). We need more people like Matt please. Don’t be shy about contacting him as he’s a very nice normal person with a flair for repairs and a crusader against waste. Oh and if he does carry out a successful repair for you, be sure to give him a packet of biscuits as well as paying his very modest charges.
