To set expectations, I’m still running a waiting list for some items as I stagger repairs around my main job.  This is a nice problem to have, but it also means that I’m working on a backlog at the moment. Some items are long-term repairs, some are quicker!

Feel free to get in touch, but I might not be able to repair your item quickly, due to time and or the availability of spare parts.

Within the Worthing area (West Sussex, UK) I can offer a limited local collection and delivery service of items for repair, as long as the item can fit in the boot of my small car.

I do have a loan vacuum cleaner and food mixer if required, while yours is in for repair, but this is strictly on a first-come first-served basis.  I charge a few pounds extra for this, to cover wear and tear.

Many people choose to send things to me for repair via couriers such as Hermes or DPD, because they offer flexible cost-effective rates for many sizes and weights.  I have no affiliation with either company.  If you choose to send something to me, please ensure that you use a strong, sturdy box that will be suitable for the return journey also, and use LOTS of bubble wrap.  If you think you’ve used enough, use some more anyway. We cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit, and would be very sad if poor packaging lead to damage.

Where applicable, all items are portable appliance tested (‘PAT tested’) as part of any work I carry out.
